NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Geraldine MacKenzie for an Order under section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006 restoring St Modans Mace Ltd (Company Number SC272906) to the Register of Companies.

By Deliverance of the Sheriff dated 17th June 2026, a copy of the Petition and Deliverance has been appointed to be intimated and served, and notice of the import thereof advertised.

Any person claiming an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Sheriff Clerk's Office, Queen Street, Aberdeen AB10 1WP, within eight days after the date of this advertisement, service or intimation, under certification.
