NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of Section 224 of the Companies Act, 1931 – 2004, as applied by Section 182 of the Companies Act, 2006, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at First Floor, Queen Victoria House, Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man on the 24th July 2026 at 10:00am for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the Liquidator’s report showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of them and such proxy need not also be a Member.
