NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held on 30 June 2026 at 10:30am at the office of Rachel Fowler Advisory Ltd, 85B Main Street, Moira, BT67 0LH. The purpose of the meeting, pursuant to Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order is to consider the Company’s Statement of Affairs to be presented at the meeting, to appoint a liquidator and, if considered appropriate by creditors, to appoint a liquidation committee.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxies together with a full statement of account at the offices of Rachel Fowler Advisory Ltd, 85B Main Street, Moira, BT67 0LH no later than 12.00 noon on 29 June 2026.

Notice is further given that a list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the office of Rachel Fowler Advisory Ltd on the two business days immediately proceeding the meeting between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm.

The resolutions at the creditor’s meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
