NOTIFICATION OF ORDER UNDER THE CROSS-BORDER INSOLVENCY REGULATIONS 2006

The following order has been made in relation to the above debtor under the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006 that the liquidation of the Company in the Republic of Ireland commenced on 24 February 2025 by order of the High Court of Ireland under case number H.COS.2024.000267 be recognised as a foreign non-main proceeding in accordance with the UNCITRAL Model Law on cross-border insolvency as set out in Schedule 1 to the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006 and that the dissolution of Vesalius (EU) Ltd pursuant to paragraph 84(6) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 is suspended until 12 June 2028 or further order.
