Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held via Microsoft Teams on 11 June 2026 the following special resolution and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tyrone Courtman (IP No. 7237) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SD and Joe Barry (IP No. 32513) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 10th Floor, 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 3AG be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that they are to act jointly and severally."
