"That it has been proven to satisfaction that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Neill (IP No. 12810) and John Donaldson (IP No. 25132) both of KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of its voluntary winding-up. That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators in accordance with the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 be done by both or any one of them."
