"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Siann Huntley (IP No. 19130) of Leonard Curtis, Sophia House, 28 Cathedral Road, Caerdydd, CF11 9LJ and Nicola Elaine Layland (IP No. 017652) of Leonard Curtis, 1580 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 7AG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and that any act required or authorised to be done by the liquidators, is to be done by both or either of them for the time being holding office.”
