We, Gavin Savage (IP No. 9950) and Richard Toone (IP No. 9146) both of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 26 Stroudley Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 4BH were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 20 March 2015.

We intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company.

It is our intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 10 July 2026. The dividend being declared will be a first and final dividend.

Unsecured creditors of the Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 10 July 2026 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators, whose contact details are below.
