Notice is hereby given that on 1 June 2026 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Wick by B G A Quality Butchers Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC470632 and having its registered office at 14 Macarthur Street, Wick, KW1 5AX (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court, in which petition the sheriff, by interlocutor dated 11 June 2026, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Wick Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
