A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company of 38 Water Lane, Kempston, Bedford, MK42 7BJ presented on the 29 May 2026 by L&S Accounting Firm Umbrella Ltd (In Liquidation) acting by its Joint Liquidators, Andrew McTear and Joanna Watts of McTear, Williams & Wood of Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich NR1 1RE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 22 July 2026 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
