NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 215 of the Isle of Man Companies Act 1931, as applied by virtue of Section 182 of the Companies Act 2006 that pursuant to a written resolution of the shareholders of the Company dated 9 June 2026 that the following Special Resolution was duly passed “THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to S214(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1931 – 2004 as applied by virtue of S182 of the Companies Act 2006 and that Gordon Wilson of FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd be appointed liquidator for the purposes of winding up and such appointment be effective forthwith.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the creditors of the Company are required on or before 7 July 2026 to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debt or claims to the Liquidator of the Company; at Derby House, 64 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JD and if so required by notice in writing by the said Liquidator, prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit if any distribution made before such debts are proved.
This Notice is purely formal. All known creditors have been or will be paid in full.
