This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Director of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Samuel Collett, c/o Office 3, Romney Marsh Business Hub, Mountfield Road, New Romney, Kent TN28 8LH.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That creditors confirm the nomination of the liquidator appointed by the members and accordingly Ian Yerrill remains as Liquidator of the Company.

2. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established.

The meeting will be held at Ashford International Hotel, Simone Weil Avenue, Ashford, Kent TN24 8UX on 17 June 2026 at 12.30 pm. This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
