Notice is hereby given that on 8 June 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Start Right Transport Ltd craving the Court inter alia that Start Right Transport Ltd having its registered office at The Rectory Urquhart Road, Oldmeldrum, Inverurie, Scotland, AB51 0EX be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioner, and Simon Smith, Insolvency Practitioner, both of Begbies Traynor, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 8 June 2026 appointed the said Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioner, and Simon Smith, Insolvency Practitioner, both of Begbies Traynor, as Joint Interim Liquidators and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
