Notice to creditors of intention to make a distribution of unsecured creditors

(“the Company”) – In Members' Voluntary Liquidation

NOTICE IS GIVEN under rule 14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Lloyd Edward Hinton and Kelly Knight, the Liquidators of the Company, intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 13 July 2026, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to us at Insolve Plus Ltd, 14 Bonhill Street, London, EC2A 4BX and, if so requested by us, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because they have not participated in it. Please note that the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
