Notice is hereby given that on 1 June 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Inverness by OILFAST LIMITED, Nethan Street, Motherwell, ML1 3TF, craving the Court inter alia that KELBRIDGE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC265806) and having its Registered Office at Feddanview, Auldearn, Nairn, Scotland, IV12 5QQ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Inverness by interlocutor dated 1 June 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Inverness within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
