Notice is hereby given that on 27th May 2026 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf Seumas MacInnes craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioner in the period of 5 years 7th May 2026 to (a) be director of CG2026 Ltd trading with the names “CG2026 Ltd” and “Café Gandolfi” (b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of CG2026 Ltd using the names “CG2026 Ltd” and “Café Gandolfi”; or (c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the carrying on of the business carried on by CG2026 Ltd under the names “CG2026 Ltd” and “Café Gandolfi” in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow, by Interlocutor dated 3rd June 2026 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
