NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 4.132 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Rules 1991 that final meeting of the creditors of the above named company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Article 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 and will be held at the offices of Gildernew & Co, 6 Northland Row, Dungannon, BT71 6AW on 17 July 2026 at 12.00 noon for the purpose of the Liquidator presenting his final report and obtaining his release, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.

A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a creditor. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Liquidator at the offices of Gildernew & Co, 6 Northland Row, Dungannon, BT71 6AW no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the date of the meeting.
