TAKE NOTICE that exclusive hereditary rights derived from the following title:
Manorial Lordship Title of Chillington, Stokenham Parish, Devon have been conveyed to the Hon David Daniel Colpitts and the Hon Darlena Lynn Colpitts, Armigers and descendants of the Royal House of Plantagenet, both of Massachusetts, United States of America on the 1st June 2026.
It should be noted that the right to the title has been created by legal process, not through a re-grant or re-establishment by the Crown.
