Notice is hereby given that on 30 April 2026 a petition was presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that HAMILTON ACADEMICAL FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED (company registration number SC005420), having its registered office at Broadwood Stadium, 1 Ardgoil Drive, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, G68 9NE be wound up by the Court and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session by interlocutor dated 2 June 2026 dismissed the petition and ordered intimation to be made in the Edinburgh Gazette.
