Notice is hereby given that on 22 May 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Glasgow by UK PLUMBING SUPPLIES LIMITED T/A PLUMBSTORE of Suite 3, Unit 2, 11 Cambuslang Investment Park, Glasgow, G32 8NB, craving the Court inter alia that GLASGOW PLUMBING SERVICES LTD, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC705304) and having its Registered Office at c/o Horizon CA, 5 La Belle Place, Glasgow, Scotland, G3 7LH (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 22 May 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
