Notice is hereby given by Christopher David Horner of Robson Scott Associates Ltd, 47-49 Duke Street, Darlington, County Durham, DL3 7SD, (“the convenor”), that a virtual meeting of the creditors of APM Autos (Glasgow) Ltd, is to be held on 11 June 2026 at 10:15am. This meeting is being held for the purpose(s) of:

(1) The appointment of a Liquidator of the Company.

(2) That the fees and expenses of Robson Scott Associates Ltd t/a BusinessRescueExpert in respect of assisting the Board of Directors in preparing a Statement of Affairs and convening the virtual meeting amounting to £3,500 plus VAT, and disbursements be paid from realisations as an expense of the liquidation.

(3) That the Liquidator’s fee be approved on a fixed fee basis for different categories of work, the details of which are set out in the report prepared in connection with fee approval and issued with the notice of the meeting.

(4) That the Liquidator be permitted to recover category 2 expenses.

and is a virtual meeting requested by creditors under section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Creditors can participate in the meeting in person and vote. If you cannot participate, or do not wish to participate, but wish to vote at the meeting, you can either nominate a person to participate on your behalf, or you may nominate the chairman of the meeting, who will be the liquidator of the company, to vote on your behalf. Proxies can be submitted to the convenor at the above address in advance or at the creditors’ meeting.
