Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named company held on 26 May 2026, the Company was placed in Members’ Voluntary (Solvent) Liquidation and Ronan Duffy of McCambridge Duffy LLP, 17 Hanover Square, Mayfair, London, W15 1HT was appointed liquidator.

The liquidator gives notice that the creditors of the company must send details, in writing, of any claim against the company to the liquidator at the above address by 03 July 2026 which is the last day for proving claims. The liquidator also gives notice that he will then make a final distribution to creditors and that a creditor who does not make a claim by the date mentioned will not be included in the distribution.

All known creditors have been or will be paid in full.
