A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following

1. That Andrew Ryder of JT Maxwell Limited be replaced as Administrator of the Company by Christopher Wood and Steven George Hodgson of Clough Corporate Solutions Ltd

1. That the current administrator is not discharged from liability.

2. That the proposed replacement joint administrators may exercise any powers conferred
