(Company Number SC682509), having its registered office at Unit 5 Forres Enterprise Park, Forres, Scotland, IV36 2AB, be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators, in which Petition the Sheriff at Elgin by Interlocutor dated 28 May 2026 ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Elgin within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
