"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and the Joint Liquidators be authorised to apply the assets of the Company in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and that Ryan Holdsworth (IP No. 23410) and Danielle Shore (IP No. 24870) both of Leonard Curtis, 4th Floor, Fountain Precinct, Leopold Street, Sheffield, S1 2JA be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."
