At a General Meeting of the members of the above named duly convened and held on 19 May 2026 at 141 Wardour Street, London, W1F 0UT at which the required quorum was present, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) and Gavin Savage (IP No. 9950) both of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution, may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them, may be done by them jointly or by each of them alone."
