NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Articles 91 and 92 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989 that the Annual and Final meetings of Members and Creditors for Agri Contracts Limited will be held at McAleer Jackson Ltd, 24 Dublin Road, Omagh, Co Tyrone, BT78 1HE on 26 June 2026 at 10.00am and 10:30am respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding up of the company has been conducted and to receive any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.

The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors` meeting:

1. That the Liquidator`s final report and receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator receives her release

3. That the books and records of the company may be destroyed 12 months after the dissolution of the company.

That in the absence of any objections to the contrary the final Liquidator`s report be accepted and the Liquidator will receive her release and the books and records can be destroyed 12 months after the dissolution of the company if no proxy forms are received.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be returned to the offices of McAleer Jackson Ltd, Church House, 24 Dublin Road, Omagh, Co Tyrone, BT78 1HE no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
