NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 12 May 2026 a Petition was presented to Dunfermline Sheriff Court by CONNECTED CARE SERVICES LTD, (company registration number SC633734), having its registered office at Ore Valley Business Centre, Main Street, Lochgelly, Fife, KY5 9AF and HELEN ARMSTRONG, residing at 2 Brucefield Terrace, Cowdenbeath, KY4 8AD in respect of Connected Care Services Ltd, (company registration number SC633734), having its registered office at Ore Valley Business Centre, Main Street, Lochgelly, Fife, KY5 9AF (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia, that an administration order be granted in respect of the Company and that interim administrators be appointed, in which petition Sheriff Thorley, by interlocutor dated 12 May 2026, ordained any persons claiming an interest, to lodge answers thereto if so advised, in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court at Dunfermline, Sheriff Court House, Carnegie Drive, Dunfermline, KY12 7HJ within twenty one days after intimation, service or advertisement, and in the meantime appointed Simon Smith and Kevin Mapstone both of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NT, as interim administrators and authorised them to exercise the powers set out in Part II of the Insolvency Act 1986 of all of which notice is hereby given.
