The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company within two months from the last date for proving, which is 18 June 2026. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the Company, unless they have already done so, are required on or before 18 June 2026 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators, whose contact details are below.
