By interlocutor dated 15 May 2026, appointed any parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers within Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within 8 days of intimation, service and advertisement. Meantime appointed KEVIN MAPSTONE, Insolvency Practitioner, BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU to be the provisional liquidator of the said Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 month from 15 May 2026 of until the appointment of an interim liquidator, whichever is earlier, all of which notice is hereby given.
