We, Carolynn Jean Best (IP No. 9683) and Martin Richard Buttriss (IP No. 9291) both of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Harcourt Way, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WP were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 7 February 2023. We intend to declare and distribute a dividend to the unsecured creditors of the company by virtue of the prescribed part fund of any net floating charge property. The amount of the prescribed part is £35,486.10.

It is our intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 17 June 2026. The dividend being declared will be a first and final dividend. Unsecured creditors of the Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 17 June 2026 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators, whose contact details are below.
