Notice is hereby given by Andrew R Bailey and Martin Armstrong that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company at a virtual meeting to be held on 11 June 2026 at 11.00 am.

The purpose of the virtual meeting is to form a Liquidation Committee, and to increase the Liquidators’ remuneration.
