Notice is hereby given that on 22 April 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by James Currie, 117 Condorrant Road, Glenmavis, Airdrie, ML6 0PP craving the Court inter alia that JCH Plant Hire Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC380284) and having its registered office  C/O Av Accounting, Suite 14 Ellismuir House Ellismuir Way Tannochside G71 5PW; (“the Company”), be wound up by the Court and that Annette Menzies be appointed as Provisional Liquidator, in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 23 April 2026 appointed Annette Menzies to be Provisional Liquidator and to all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Hamilton Sheriff Court, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
