Notice is given under Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Andrew R Bailey and Martin Armstrong, the Liquidators of the Company, intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.
