Notice convening annual meetings of members and creditors

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Articles 91 and 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that an Annual and Final Meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at 10.15 am on 15th June 2026 at the offices of HCA Business Recovery, 12 Cromac Place, Belfast, BT7 2JB, for the purpose of having an account of the winding up laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.

A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Liquidator at the offices of HCA Business Recovery Limited, 12 Cromac Place, Belfast, BT7 2JB no later than 12.00 noon on 12th June 2026.
