Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors and contributories as requested by the creditors for the purpose of Place Company into Liquation . The meeting will be held on 22 May 2026, at 10:00.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Dylan Quail at Business Guardian Coppull Enterprise Centre, Mill Lane, Chorley PR7 5BW United Kingdom by no later than 16:00 on 21 May 2026.

The liquidator will treat any debts of £1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the liquidator that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 16:00 on 21 May 2026.

Any creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof by 16:00 on 21 May 2026.
