A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Torus Engineering Ltd (09085976) of Unit 7, Old Bridge Road, Southgate Business Court, Hornsea HU18 1RP, whose nature of business is 42990- Construction of other civil engineering projects n.e.c., presented on Monday 23 March 2026, at 10:00 by ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR UK LIMITED, of Enterprise House, Vicarage Road, Egham TW20 9FB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on Tuesday 26 May 2026, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
