“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Jason Stuart Ainge (IP No. 13090) of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Floor 2, 10 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP and Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) of BTG Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY be and hereby are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.”
