Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 224 of the Companies Act 1931 that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at S&W Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG on 15 June 2026 at 10.00 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the Liquidator’s report showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and its property disposed of; hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator; and determining the manner in which the books and records of the Company are to be disposed of.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and such proxy need not also be a member. Forms appointing proxies are to be lodged with ewa.sawicz@swgroup.com of S&W Partners LLP not later than 4pm on the business day before the day appointed for the meeting.
