This notice is given by the joint liquidators, Jessica Thomas, office holder number 27930 and Philippa Smith, office holder number 18670 of Brooklands Court, Phase 2 Office 9, Tunstall Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 5HL, United Kingdom who were appointed on 31 October 2023, and is to inform creditors that the joint liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned Jessica Thomas of Smith & Barnes Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, Brooklands Court, Phase 2 Office 9, Tunstall Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 5HL, United Kingdom, by 4 June 2026. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the joint liquidators` intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.
