This notice is given pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

Gary Paul Shankland (IP No: 009587) of BTG Begbies Traynor (London) LLP whose contact address is Level 33, One Canada Square, London, E14 5AB, was appointed as Joint Liquidator of the Company on 13 March 2023. Steven Edwards (IP No: 26090) whose contact address is Crowe U.K. LLP, 4 Mount Ephraim Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1EE was appointed as Joint Liquidator of the Company on 15 September 2025 in replacement of Vincent John Green of Crowe U.K LLP.

We intend to declare a first and final dividend to the non-preferential creditors of the Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 5 June 2026 (“the last date for proving”) to send their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators of the Company and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to us to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend, which we intend to declare within the period of 2 months of that date.
