Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").
It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The establishing of a Liquidation Committee. 2. That the basis of time properly given by the Joint Liquidators and their staff in attending to matters as set out in the fees estimate, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by Parker Andrews Limited at the time the work is performed (plus VAT).
