“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Cooper (IP No. 15452) and Paul Appleton (IP No. 8883) both of BTG Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Level 33, One Canada Square, London, E14 5AB be and hereby are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.”
