Notice is hereby given by Danny Allen, the Liquidator of the Company, that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company at a virtual meeting to be held on 22 May 2026 at 11.00 am.

The purpose of the virtual meeting is to form a liquidation committee and if one is not formed, to consider a resolution to agree that the liquidator’s fee estimate be increased.
