NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 28 April 2026 a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by LPPC ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED, CHRISTOPHER JOHN PETRIE and LISA PETRIE, both residing c/o Office 205 - Neospace, Neohouse, Riverside Drive, Aberdeen, AB11 7LH; and KENNETH CHRISTOPHER LEWIS and PATRICIA ANN COATES, both residing at 14 Bampton Close, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 3NQ in respect of LPPC ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED, (company registration number SC767579), having its registered office at Office 205 – Neospace, Neohouse, Riverside Drive, Aberdeen, AB11 7LH (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia, that an administration order be granted in respect of the Company and that interim administrators be appointed, in which petition Sheriff Wallace, by interlocutor dated 1 May 2026, ordained any persons claiming an interest, to lodge answers thereto if so advised, in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court at Aberdeen, Sheriff Court House, 53 Castle Street, Aberdeen within twenty one days after intimation, service or advertisement, and in the meantime appointed Kevin Mapstone of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NT, as interim administrator and authorised him to exercise the powers set out in Part II of the Insolvency Act 1986 of all of which notice is hereby given.
