NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 15 May 2026 at 10:15am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

Resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include resolutions regarding the costs for preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting, and to consider the terms upon which the Joint Liquidators are remunerated.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting via Microsoft Teams link. In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to creditors@babr.co.uk by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting.
