NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 27 April 2026, the above-named company entered insolvent liquidation.

I, Luke Donaghy-Bell, of 10a Main Street, Hillsborough, BT26 6AE, was a director of the above-named company during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into liquidation.

I hereby give notice that it is my intention to act in all or any of the ways specified in Article 180(3) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the following company:

ALTITUDE FILMS LTD (Company Number: NI737635)

The said company will trade under the name “Altitude Films Ltd T/A Cine Copters”.

Altitude Films Ltd acquired the whole, or substantially the whole, of the business of the insolvent company, under arrangements made by an insolvency practitioner acting as its liquidator on the day that Cine Media Limited went into insolvent liquidation. Accordingly, the directors are entitled to rely on the exception set out in Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991.
