(the “Partnership”)

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 1 April 2026, VV Private Equity ApS, a limited partner in the Partnership (the “Assignor”), transferred:

(i) 30.63% of its right, title and interest in the Partnership to BNP Paribas REIM France, the legal entity acting as the AIFM of AXA AVENIR ENTREPRENEURS (“Assignee I”); and

(ii) 69.37% of its right, title and interest in the Partnership to AXA Fund Platform Private Equity S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF – Vintage 2025 Partnership (“Assignee II”).

Consequently, on that date, Assignee I and Assignee II were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and the Assignor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
