1. That the company be wound up voluntarily;
2. That Paul Dounis and Mark Harper, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, of Opus Restructuring LLP, 8 Walker Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7LA, United Kingdom (office holders nos. 9708 and 26412) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up; and
3.That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators.
