NOTICE is hereby given that the Manorial Lordship Title of Diddington in the Administrative County of Warwickshire has been conveyed to Mr Benjamin Steven Nossiter of Ringstrasse 46a Kranzberg Bavaria 85402 Germany.

The title was transferred by deed of conveyance dated 28 April 2026 made between Carole Ann Donohue (Vendor) and Benjamin Steven Nossiter (Purchaser) and includes all rights, appurtenances, and manorial incidents appertaining or reputed to appertain thereto, but only insofar as the same exist and are capable of being conveyed.

It should be noted that the right to the title has been created by legal process and not through a re-grant or re-establishment by the Crown.
